Abdominal Exercise: 10 of 10



Muntik ko nang makalimutang tapusin ang post na ito... Napatingin lang ako sa maganda kong abs kaya naalala ko na may utang pa pala akong huling routine. (Ang maniwala-pangit)

At para sa ikagaganda ng abs ng bawat isa at ikaliliit ng tyan ng marami... heto na ang last installment! Yahoo!

Abdominal Exercise: Ab Wheel

Primary Muscle: Abdominals

Secondary Muscles: Lats & Triceps

Equipment Needed: Ab Wheel

Mechanics Type: Isolation

Proper Exercise Technique

This is probably one of the hardest exercises to work your core as it focuses in on both the top and bottom portions of your abdominal. With the ab wheel on the floor, get on your hands and knees and grab the handles of the ab wheel and extend straight out so that core is parallel to the floor and then return to the beginning position. Like most body weight exercises, you can do this one slightly easier or harder by pulling your knees off the floor or keeping them on the floor. To work the obliques, you can curve the path of the wheel slightly to the right or left and target those sides. Ab wheels come in different sizes. The one from the photo below is a bit larger than many of the smaller ab wheels you'll typically see in the gym, but they all work the same way.

At yan po ang huling routine para makumpleto ang perfect 10 Abs na inaasam nyo. At para sa mga naghihintay na masilayan ang aking abs or ab.... tingnan ang larawan sa baba.

KAILANGANG GUMAMIT NG 3D GLASSES PARA MAKITA ANG IMAGE

Kung wala naman kayong 3D glasses... pagtyagaan nyo na lang ang bagong model ng Fitness First!

Ang lakas mag trip!

Kung meron man na hindi sumasangayon o hindi nyo nagustuhan ang larawan sa taas, mangyari po lamang na kausapin si Amalayer!

    Ang hirap naman, tsaka parang wala yang equipment dito sa Tarlac haha. Ikaw na may abs haha.

    hirap pala magkaroon ng abs... kailangang paghirapan hehehe

  7. Naghagilap pa ko ng 3d glasses, wala naman ako nakitang abs.. che! Haha, chos lang! Hindi ako naniwala na may abs ka, maniwala panget e..

  10. Nakalimutan mong ipakita ang ab mo, yung naliligo sa ulan haha diba promise mo yun? Naku kelangan may #11 kala mo nakalusot ka :P

  11. Although this exercise looks really difficult for beginners, it seems to work out a lot of core exercise groups in one motions. Great post.
